Urethane to Metal Bonding

Polyurethane materials may also be bonded to a variety of metal inserts in a similar process as detailed for Rubber Molding. (see Rubber Molding)

Polyurethanes can offer enhanced abrasive wear resistance but are limited to lower temperature maximums than most rubber compounds.
